Our Warranty Policy

This page is responsible for providing you information regarding our warranties and to what products they apply. Additionally, this policy utilizes the same vocabulary as our terms and conditions. All definitions apply.

DEFAULT PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS
By default, all unmodified retail products purchased from Fox Technologies comes with a minimum 30 day warranty. This warranty guarantees charge-free returns, repairs, and exchanges for Dead On Arrival (DOA) scenarios and faulty or defective hardware only. This warranty does not provide protection against accidental damage, third-party changes, or software-related issues. This warranty is not transferable for products.

If you encounter an issue with your product within the 30-day period after purchase, please contact support@foxtechnologies.org and a representative will assist you with the RMA process.

 

PERSONALIZED AND "AS-IS" PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS

Due to the nature of making modifications to existing hardware and the creation of custom computer builds, we do not offer any warranty for personalized or "as-is" products.

EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS
Some products offered by Fox Technologies may allow you to extend your warranty with additional cost. Extended warranties may come with their own policies and agreements. It's advised to review the terms associated with the extended warranty for coverage terms. Extended warranties are not transferable for products.

DEFAULT REPAIR WARRANTY TERMS
By default, all repairs performed by Fox Technologies come with a 30-day warranty. This warranty only applies to the work performed and parts that were installed for your repair. This warranty cannot be extended or transferred.

SOFTWARE AND PLATFORM WARRANTY TERMS

We do not offer warranties for software or digital platforms. If you are having issues or require support for software or digital platforms we provide you, we will do our best to provide assistance while under no obligation. We reserve the right to refuse support for software and digital platforms at any time.
